On next January 29, the second Youth Festival for Peace will be held in the city of Florianópolis, State of Santa Catarina, Brazil. The theme of this second edition is Union with the Planet Earth and Service to the Kingdoms of Nature.
The ecumenical event has the aspiration of awakening in the participants the service to the Kingdoms of Nature as a path to discover within the energy of the Divine. According to their organizers, the Festival offers to the youths an opportunity to express themselves by means of music, of prayer and of art, in a pure and safe way, without drugs, without alcohol and without harmful habits.
During the event, there will be an exhibit of works of art, moments of prayer, spiritual reflection and musical presentations. The first edition was held in the month of July 2016, and had the participation of about 300 people from several regions of Brazil.
The Festival is part of the Youth for Peace Campaign, which is a movement that aims at awakening in the youths the motivation to find again the meaning of spiritual life, sowing Peace for the end of wars, in behalf of humanity and of the Kingdoms of Nature. The Campaign has as principles unity, the spirit of peace, non-violence, non-discrimination and mutual respect, with the objective of promoting the ecumenical union among the youths of Brazil and of the whole world.
The Youth Festival for Peace will be broadcast live via the internet from 11 a.m. through Mercy Mary TV.
