With the proposal to generate funds to be reverted to the Campaign for Peace, one of the groups of the Network-of-Light of Argentina held a bazaar during a weekend in June. In the days before the event six people from the prayer group, in Vicente Lopes, metropolitan region of Buenos Aires, split up to publicize the fair on the streets of the Florida neighborhood. In the poster, the invitation was to share, participate and buy items such as salt and sweet pies, clothes, shoes, jewelry, CDs and plants, among other things. Thus, the firmness of the group could also be seen, stamped on the posts, where it was said that the event would happen under rain or sun.
With the participation of the members of the Network-of-Light and people from the local community, the event happened in the garage of the home of one of the sisters of the prayer group, with harmony and success. All the money collected was donated to the pilgrimage of collaborators and monastics of the Grace Mercy Order, for them to carry the words of the Divine Messengers to various regions of the planet.
The articles that remained in the bazaar were donated to a local maternity hospital and to the Caritas institution. The children’s clothing was destined to the Chaco Mission.
People who were there could listen about the importance of prayer to achieve peace on the planet, and were presented with buttons of Our Lady, Mother of the Divine Conception of the Trinity, and leaflets with prayers.
The positive result of this experience and action also gave the group the feeling of joy to know that “the group effort is worthwhile”, and the decision that the activity can be offered quarterly.
