Next January 15, at noon, the Internet Portal of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation will be launched in English and Spanish. The Portal, launched in Portuguese in November 2015, has been accessed to date by people from over 24 countries.
The Web Portal of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation was launched in Portuguese on November 18, 2015 and has already transformed the life of many people. In less than two months the headquarters of the Fraternidade, located in the town of Carmo da Cachoeira, Minas Gerais, Brazil, has received through the Portal many offerings of voluntary service from various parts of the world.
According to Mirnuk, Institutional and Group Life Manager, people have offered to work as volunteers at the Federation or from the place where they live: “The Portal is reaching people who did not know of the work and these people are coming to collaborate in various areas of the community. We are very happy to receive them.”
More than 24 countries have accessed the website in the Portuguese language. With the translation of the site to the English and Spanish languages, the expectation is to increase this number and reach practically all the countries in the world.
The Portal consists of more than 70 pages of information on different themes. In it are presented the works undertaken by a group that for more than 30 years has been dedicating itself to altruistic and spiritual service, whether by means of instruction, prayer, group experience, feeding, humanitarian help and service to the kingdoms. Through the Portal, it is possible to learn daily in an update form the facts, events and actions of the Communities-of-Light, Nuclei-of-Light and Network-of-Light. Today the website includes 150 pieces of news and daily thoughts.
