The members of the Light-Community of Fleur-de-Lys and of the Colombia Mission will be physically present. There will also be registrations for people of the Light-Network. The training this time will have more people participating online, respecting the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) on the pandemic of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Registrations will be released at the beginning of the week and the event will be broadcast and retransmitted through a digital platform. Those registered will receive notice of how they can gain access.

The beginning of the training, which took place last week in Colombia, was a request of the Fraternidade Missionaries (FIHM) itself, holding the intention of having not only missionaries participate, but also other people interested in more deeply studying the matter. Members of the Light Network in Europe, from countries like Portugal, Spain, Austria, France, England, and Germany followed the first segment by internet.

The Sphere Handbook is a basic guide in humanitarian interventions and responses at an international level which addresses the basic principles and guidelines of behavior in the face of conflicts and technical aspects related to: Health, Food and Nutritional Safety, Sheltering, and WASH (basic standards in water, hygiene and sanitation)
