Live foods

We may define live foods as those which are raw, without cooking, dehydrated at a temperature not above 42o C, or fermented in a natural way, like Saurkraut and miso. They are foods that preserve their natural enzymes and had not been submitted to any process of radiation, pesticides, micro-waves, artificial additives, genetic modification or cooking.

Live food not only presents benefits on a physical level, such as keeping one’s health, general well-being, but it also acts as a cannel of subtler energies such as the electricity and cosmic energy. In order to understand this situation it is necessary to analyze some basic biophysical elements of these foods, such as, for example, the fact that the electric potential of our tissues and cells is the direct result of the vitality of our cells, and that the live foods expand the electric potential of our cells, of the extracellular matrix, the interface between the cell and the micro-capillary electric charges.

When cells keep an adequate micro-electric potential, they have the capacity of eliminating, by themselves, the biochemical wastes and toxins, as well as of keeping a selective capacity of absorbing appropriate nutrients, oxygen and hydrogen into their nuclei and the mitochondria. This helps preserve, repair and activate the DNA. Some studies, such as those of Professor Hans Epinger, have shown that live feeding increases the electric potential of the human body, raising, selectively, the cellular electric potential of tissues and capillaries, thus recovering the vital force and the health of the organism.

From a subtler perspective

From a subtler perspective, there have been evaluations of the effect of the bioelectrical potential of the foods over the luminescent radiant field that surrounds all the living organisms, observed through Kirlian photography. This shows that living foods, such as germinated food and sprouts, grass, lawns, possess luminescent fields that are much stronger than cooked foods. Likewise, individual who feed on this kind of food possess luminescent fields that are more powerful than those of who feed on processed food.

Solar electrons

Dr. Joanna Budwig states that live foods donate electrons of high power. According to her studies, the photons of solar light, which she calls solar electrons, can be attracted by similar particles of resonance in our biological systems of lipids called electrons pi (such as the double-chained fatty acids Omega-3 present in flaxseed). When we consume live foods we are helped to enter, incorporate and activate a great amount of them to our system. They act as anti-entropic and anti-aging factors, thus creating healthy subtle resonance fields. The more solar electrons we absorb, through live foods, the better conditions we will have to reverberate, attract and absorb solar electrons in direct resonance with the sun and other solar systems.

Our health and consciousness depend on
the ability of conducting electronic energy

Our health and consciousness depend on the ability of conducting electronic energy. The greater the luminous energy stored, the greater will be the power of our electromagnetic field, and, as a result, the greater the energy available to keep oneself healthy. Metaphorically speaking, a strong solar field of resonance fosters the evolution of humanity to attain the whole of our potential as the solar beings that we are. Light preserves evolution and a lack or loss of electrons pi in our body may even limit our evolutionary process.

Foods can be classified into four categories

Energetically speaking, foods can be classified into four categories, according to their capacity of regeneration and restoration: biogenic (sprouts and germinated nuts, seeds and raw grains), which regenerate cells; bioactive (fresh fruits and vegetables), which preserve cell energy on a high level; biostatic (cooked organic foods), which create a gradual loss of cell energy for their metabolism; and finally the biocidic foods (processed and tampered with foods), which cause cell degeneration.

General recommendation

In this sense, the general recommendation to keep an ideal diet, in line with your physical, emotional and spiritual health would be to feed 80% live foods and 20% cooked foods, with at least 25% of the diet deriving from biogenic foods.
