The unique story told by the Mother (see Immunity 1 and Immunity 2), on this Portal, illustrates well the statement made by the spiritual Science that a physical disease does not begin precisely in the physical body, where it is more easily perceived. It also states that behind each disease there is a state, an altered psychic condition that interacts with the physical-vital body and upsets it, creating thus the propitious conditions for the energetic imbalance to manifest now as an externally recognizable disease.
According to the very same science, the human being is composed of different states or levels of consciousness that comprise a single being and these states or subtle bodies interact with one another in a dynamic and continuous way. This implies that if there have been interferences in any of these levels, as for example constitutional or hereditary deficiencies; character deficiencies; conflicts or shocks of any nature, whether psychic, mental or emotional; interruption or disorganization of the vitality, all this are entrance doors for opportunistic germs, or for these maladjustments to “descend” to the physical, creating in it final conditions for the diseases to materialize and anchor.
Thus, situations of depression, or acute and violent psychic shocks, which strike the being like a blow, can affect their physical body, undermining and depressing their immunological system, opening in it the doors for the opportunistic germs to expand now and an infectious situation to establish itself physically.

This reflection is of utmost importance, because it offers us essential keys for our preparation for the hard times that are to come. Only a firm and dynamic connection with our soul, with our higher levels of consciousness, can open inner ways for the sublime energies to flow and pervade our being, creating in it stable and safe energy conditions that can bring us broad and true immunity, in the face of any coming adverse planetary condition.
Prayer
This inner dialog with our higher levels of consciousness, or with sublime entities that represent to us these states or higher energies, we call prayer. It is not just a mechanical repetition of fixed or external formulae, which can also be a useful instrument of support until we reach, by ourselves, this inner state of contact or of intimate dialog with God, in us or outside us.
