Created by the UN, International Earth Day, celebrated on April 22, brings us the opportunity to reaffirm our collective responsibility for fostering harmony with nature and seek more sustainable ways that do not threaten the continuation of life on the planet.
During this week, the website of the Fraternity – International Humanitarian Federation (FIHF) will bring some examples of caring, respect and harmonious coexistence with the Kingdoms of Nature that are practiced in the light-communities. Follow us!
One of the sacred elements that is part of nature is the earth. A feminine element that receives what resides in it, transubstantiates and recreates it for a new cycle, a new form. In this cyclic movement of life, the earth is the vehicle, the cradle, and the platform for all life on the planet, which not by chance carries its name.
In the Light-Community of the New Earth, affiliated with the Humanitarian Fraternity (FIHF), this sacred element is mainly revered as the mother of the whole Plant Kingdom. The one who provides all pure air, food, healing, harmony and beauty.
For close to 3 years, the earth has been an active participant in the daily life of the community, being prominent in the group meetings, decisions, tasks, etc. With the implementation of the agroforestry system in various areas, another aspect of this element was discovered, which showed itself to be alive and sensitive to the loving work and dedication of the human being.
Currently, grown and harvested are varieties such as: manioc, corn, wheat, peanuts, beans, kale, carrots, beets, cabbage, yacón, bananas, besides medicinal herbs, condiments, fruit trees, flowers, among other species, in a system that autogenerates, under the careful eye of the group, through a still small and humble undertaking, yet manifested with great love.
In the Parque Tibetano Live School, living with the earth element and the Plant Kingdom is included through workshops. In this way, from a very young age, the children learn that the elements of nature can indeed be our brothers and sisters in this evolutionary journey, and that they collaborate a great deal in this if we also know how to serve and collaborate with them.
The earth provides everything in its maternal and infinite abundance. May we discover more and more its possibilities and needs, giving thanks always for this sacred element.
