With the theme “Trajectory of an Instructor”, the special tribute will be broadcast live on the Internet and will feature rare recordings and unpublished images of the personal collection of the writer and spiritualist philosopher. Trigueirinho will be honored on September 15, the day on which it marks one year of his death at the age of 87.

“Our intention is to show people some of the moments of the spiritual awakening of Trigueirinho, historic events that contributed to his becoming one of the main spiritual teachers of these times, since his work reveals subjects to us that were, until then un-heard of in the spiritual journey of the human being here on Earth. And even further, how this instruction continues so alive and current. Trigueirinho left for other planes of consciousness, yet he is more present than ever in our lives,” comments Friar Sebastian, one of the organizers of the tribute.
The life of surrender to service on behalf of Humanity and the kingdoms of Nature is an example that continues to inspire thousands of people who seek to expand their vision about life, putting the instructions of José Trigueirinho Netto into practice. The author of 82 books and more than three thousand talks recorded live, published by Irdin Editora, Trigueirinho is one of the founders of Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation, and also of Grace Mercy Order.
Everything began more than thirty years ago, when he and other collaborators founded the Light-Community of Figueira, in Carmo da Cachoeira (MG), about 250 km from Belo Horizonte. The experience of group life and altruistic service to the animal, plant, mineral, and human Kingdoms fostered the formation of various humanitarian action fronts and spiritual life.
“We can perceive that transformation in the daily life of the people that live in the communities founded and inspired by him, in the way that they relate to fellow beings, to the kingdoms of nature, and to their own spirituality,” observes Friar Sebastian.
Currently, Fraternidade has 22 civil, national, and international associations, welcomes all beliefs, cultures, and religions, and provides their service free of charge. The work is supported by donations and partnerships.
The tribute “Trigueirinho: the trajectory of an Instructor” will be on Sunday, September 15 at 7:00 p.m. (Brasilia time).
