“Serving without expecting anything.” It is in this way that the missionary of the Fraternity – International Humanitarian Federation (FIHF), Maria del Pilar, classifies the work in the Roraima Mission with the Venezuelans. In the video, she talks about the activities that are being carried out with children who,  due to the pandemic, cannot attend the schools and need to remain in the shelter all the time.

Maria del Pilar tells us that it is a unique experience to be a missionary for the Fraternity (FIHF) in Roraima, and that goes beyond any expectation that she may have had up to that point. She remembers that since she was small she wanted to be active in the missions, and that today, in this very difficult moment that the planet is going through, she can contribute to the development of those people so in need of protection.
