In the silence of the being
There are decisions that, made in the silence of the being, impel them in their growth, in their asceticism, and attune them with spiritual laws. They become feasible when the goals of inner life – goals oriented to the life of the soul – are recognized by the personality and inspire the individual to follow the path determined by their deep nucleus. They do not have to be announced to the world; they are a part of a dynamic process and are confirmed as the being walks. They are real inner vows, as they contribute to clarifying the spiritual goal to attain. Every openness to what is evolutionary in the universe helps strengthen these decisions.
The spiritual law
According to the spiritual law, at each retrograde action, the being keeps from advancing in their cosmic trajectory. At every moment there is a choice to make between what is evolutionary and what is involutionary. As long as the person holds their free will and remains within the laws of the world and human laws, they will have to count on their own discernment. But once they transcend free will, that is, when the will of the spirit begins to prevail over personal ideas and desires, they can have an intuition or receive a sign about the route they must follow.
In addition, a greater wisdom adjusts the facts of their external life so as to have in their daily life a more elevated energy level possible. Both in the stages in which human discernment must be used alone as a test for the individual, and in those in which the inner, intuitive levels clearly signal the steps to be taken, the cultivation of a serene vigilance helps the being very much.
The options vary from individual to individual
Let it be kept in mind, nevertheless, that the options vary from individual to individual. They depend on what there is to be transcended, developed or deepened. We must not, in a generalized manner, say what is necessary to do to collaborate in the planetary transformations, but we can be aware that the transforming energies that permeate the Earth today can penetrate our being and, if we let them, elevate our vibrations at any moment.
In this age in which the earthly world undergoes convulsions and difficulties, it is necessary to be firmly united with the life of the spirit, which is omniscience, omnipresence and freedom.
Free Spirits
In these times of such disharmony and conflict on the material planes, it urges to taken on the life typical of the free Spirits. Many are already discovering it, after recognizing that common human life is a mere play of dispersive forces, sometimes uncontrollable.
Many among us already seek sincerely the essence of their being and, the more they join this track, the more they identify with the fortitude that exists at the center of themselves. Thus they expand their opportunity of perfecting and of service to the world and to humanity.
But the fruit of this quest does not ripen artificially; it takes wise obedience to the divine instructions that are gradually revealed in the silence of the being. Only little by little do the sublime gifts emerge, making known to the world the standards of a higher, encompassing and universal existence.
For the spiritual life to arise
A higher teaching says: just as the seed dies to let the tree be born, we must abandon the personal yearnings for the spiritual life to arise on the horizon. A single action dedicated to the Creator is worth more than many conducted by human impulses.
