Representatives of the Nucleus-of-Light of Figueira in São Paulo – Sacred House of Mary, Mother of São Paulo gathered last Monday, July 11, at the headquarters of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation, in Carmo da Cachoeira, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The meeting aimed at carrying on the project of implementation of preparation of emergency situations and the organization and planning in moments of risk.
The meeting took place after the Nucleus-of-Light received, at the end of the month of June, the training and the first guidelines for the organization in the preparation for emergencies.
‘We will do a coordination that will distribute the needs of the Nucleus-of-Light, forming teams of help to the water and to the health sector. We will form a bigger group for the emergencies, so that at any moment that is necessary it may help in São Paulo’, said Anaren, representative of the Nucleus-of-Light of Figueira in São Paulo.
The meeting at the headquarters of the Fraternidade also had the participation, via internet, of people linked to the Nucleus-of-Light of Figueira in São Paulo.
‘We discussed about the basic items that they will have to organize in order to prepare the Nucleus-of-Light for the moments of emergency. We talked about lodging, feeding, health, water, communication, among others’, said Helentiana Gonçalves, one of the coordinators of the Solar Group.
Next meeting about the emergency Project of the Nucleus-of-Light is appointed for the end of the month of August.
