With the objective of raising awareness of more people about the seriousness of the current situation of the Kingdoms of Nature, the Network-of-Light of the Southern Region of Brazil has decided to make the dissemination of the content of the First Meeting of Love for the Kingdoms of Nature which it organized in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, on November 19 and 20, 2016.
The material has the duration of six and a half hours, includes three recorded conferences and a documentary video called “Life in Extinction”. Due to its extension, it is presented in three stages. The first experience began in the Community-of-Light of Figueira, where three sessions were scheduled: May 9 (Tuesday), 11 (Thursday) and 15 (Monday). The idea is to duplicate this program in all the Communities-of-Light and Nuclei-of-Light affiliated to the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation. It was distributed to all the groups of the Planetary Network-of-Light, too.
In the Community-of-Light of Figueira, the meetings take place at 5 p.m., in the auditorium of Vida Criativa (Creative Life), one of its areas of lodging.
On the first day, the public listened to the recording of the talk by Sônia T. Felipe. The author of the books “Galactolatria” (Galactolatry) and “Acertos abolicionistas, a vez dos animais” (Abolitionist Matchings, the animals’ turn) presented a revealing study about the impact on the Planet of the uncontrolled consumption of animal products.
For Thursday, 11, was presented the audio of the conference offered by Mene and Hayla, the coordinators of the Kingdoms sector of the Community-of-Light of Figueira. They made a call for the union with the Kingdoms of Nature to awaken in the consciousness the love for these companions of humanity in the Creation.
On the last day, Monday, May 15, will be exhibited the documentary video “Life in Extinction”.
Transforming experience
“We hope this material will make posible a greater openness in our hearts so that the love for these brothers and sisters may expand and radiate itself, and so that together we may build a path, still unknown to us, of union with the Kingdoms”, highlighted Flávia Santos, one of the regional coordinators of the Network-of-Light of the Southern Region of Brazil.
Lucia Sirangelo, also a regional coordinator of the Network-of-Light of the Southern Region of Brazil, commented that the First Meeting of Love for the Kingdoms of Nature was very transforming. “It made possible understand better what is happening and how the action of each one of us can be fundamental in this proposal of living love, in the intention and as a daily practice”.
The material helped to awaken people’s awareness of ancient habits that attack the Kingdoms of Nature and that no longer correspond to a proposal of an evolutionary life of respect for all life forms on the Planet.
“It was an absolutely revealing experience. I could perceive the omission, the inertia and even connivance with which we behave before unacceptable realities, how we choose the easier path before the pain that is inflicted to the Kingdoms of Nature. The need of adopting an attitude of deep rejection for all that goes against nature opened inside me in a clear and compelling manner. It is a great process of disconnecting oneself, step by step, from deep-rooted habits and pleasures”, shared Sonia Correia da Silva, another regional coordinator of the Network-of-Light of the Southern Region of Brazil.
