On November 4, there occurred in the Nucleus-of-Light of Figueira in Sao Paulo a Meeting of study of the Health and Healing sector with the topic “Healing through Reflexology”. The therapist Fabio Donizete de Vasconcelos touched on foot and hand reflexology and also some aspects of metaphysics.
Reflexology is a technique that benefits the physical and emotional balance of the human body, by means of stimuli in the so-called nervous plexuses, in areas such as the feet, the hands, the nose, the cranium and the ears.
The meeting lasted all morning and had the participation of 14 people. The Nucleus-of-Light of Figueira in Sao Paulo intends to conduct the event bi-monthly.
“The objective of these Meetings of Study is to disseminate the techniques adopted by the voluntary therapists that work with us, so that the other therapists, collaborators and coordinators of the areas may know our resources to be able to offer them to those who need care”, said Adriana Broncher, a collaborator of the Nucleus and organizer of the event.
