During this extended weekend, due to the Brazilian Holiday, many members of the Network-of-Light of the states of Minas Gerais and São Paulo were in the towm of Carmo da Cachoeira, Minas Gerais, Brazil, to support the missionary works developed there.
On Saturday, 14, the group gathered in the Hut of Distribution of Saint Joseph. This place, ceded by the City Hall, received and organizes the donations that arrive and once a week receives the needy population of the town, assisting it in the supply of clothes, toys, footwear, domestic utensils and others. The members of the Network-of-Light will give support until Sunday, 15.
This work has been an opportunity for a greater interaction between the missionaries of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation, and this needier population that lives in the town and in the rural zone of Carmo da Cachoeira.
