All those interested in participating in the Planetary Mission Network must previously have experiences of selfless voluntary service, which may be developed in the facilities that the Missionaries of the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federationhave in Carmo da Cachoeira, Minas Gerais (House of Saint Joseph and House of Mary Rose of Peace) as well as in the House of Light on the Hill (Carmo da Cachoeira), Francis of Assisi Park (Lavras, Minas Gerais) or in the Service Nucleus Crer-Sendo (Teresópolis, Rio de Janeiro), all of them affiliated to the Fraternidade.
This is what Saint Joseph explained in the messages transmitted to the visionary Sister Lucía de Jesús, a nun of the Grace Mercy Order, on the occasion of the First Meeting of the Planetary Mission Network, held in the Community-of-Light of Figueira, between April 28, 2016 and May 1st, 2016, under the organization of the Fraternidade.
‘These four fronts of service – the missionary houses, the House of Light on the Hill, the Francis of Assisi Park and the Crer-Sendo – will complement one another, giving to the consciousness that offers to serve the tools it needs in all areas of its being, ranging from basic training to the spiritual opening to be a bearer of love and mercy in its acts of service’, said the Divine Messenger on April 28.
‘When we ask you to come to the points of Light that My Chaste Heart has instituted in these times before serving and being a part of this Planetary Mission Network, it is for you to nurture your spirit with the true balm that you will take for your souls’, He insisted on May 1st.
On the inauguration, in the morning, those 120 present were informed about how the humanitarian missionary service will work from now on. This service has been rendered by the Fraternidade since 2011. The information was passed by a panel formed by Ricardo Baumgartner, the coordinator of the Missionary Group of the Fraternidade; Mirnuk, institutional manager of the Fraternidade, and Nadjana and Amarista, both coordinators of the Planetary Network-of-Light.
From now on, the Fraternidade will activate three levels of participation in its missionary services: the first one will continue to be under the responsibility of the matrix group, already consolidated along the ten humanitarian missions fulfilled in different parts of the planet. The second group will conduct the missions convoked in Latin America, with lesser demands of time and specialization.The third level will open the doors to all the other collaborators of the Planetary Network-of-Light with even shorter time availability (one day, a week-end, a holiday or short vacations), which will be able to participate in humanitarian missions in their cities or regions.
In the first afternoon, the participants were trained by the Solar Group, the emergency sector of the Fraternidade, in several attributes that are a part of the missionary spirit, such as readiness, obedience, discipline, balance of emotions in the face of unexpected situations, discernment and alignment with the inner being. Various tools were used, such as lectures, videos, simulations and group dynamics.
In the first afternoon, the participants were trained by the Solar Group, the emergency sector of the Fraternidade, in several attributes that are a part of the missionary spirit, such as readiness, obedience, discipline, balance of emotions in the face of unexpected situations, discernment and alignment with the inner being. On the third day, the volunteers rendered services in the different areas of lodging of the Community-of-Light of Figueira.
