\"\"<\/a>Community-of-Light New Earth<\/a>, affiliated to the Fraternidade – International Humanitarian Federation<\/strong> and located in Teres\u00f3polis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, continues with its service of shelter for abandoned animals. It recently added three other animals: a pig, a calf and a donkey \u2013 to the great family of the Animal Kingdom<\/a> that lives in the Community-of-Light New Earth and in its extension, the Sanctuary of the Kingdoms, located 80 kilometers away, in Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n

The pig is a female and her name is Margarida. It came to the Community from an establishment in Sim\u00e3o Pereira, Minas Gerais, Brazil, after its owner, who does not live in the place, was informed about the task of love that the New Earth conducts and asked if it could give the pig in adoption for it to be safe from the danger of being sacrificed. \u201cA beautiful situation happened because later we discovered that the place where he lived is also called New Earth and there, as in our headquarters, they also have an image of the Virgin Mary at the entrance\u201d, commented Nadia Moya, resident of the Community-of-New Earth.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The calf was also saved from being sacrificed and received the name of Manuel. He was rescued from a ranch, at the request of a Community collaborator.<\/p>\n

The donkey was baptized with the name of Rama. He was found wandering about the streets of Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro, in a state of advanced\u00a0malnutrition and with indications of having suffered a lot of mistreatment, because he had wounds in the eyes and in other parts of the body.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>At the moment, the Community-of-Light New Earth houses about 300 animals, including dogs, cats, horses, donkeys, cows, sheep, pigs, roosters, chickens, rabbits and ostriches.<\/p>\n

It is possible to collaborate with this work of love by spreading it through social networks, adopting puppies, participating in the tasks of caring for animals or making donations or financial contributions.<\/p>\n
