Who is being instructed knows that to make possible the radiant dawn that illumines the Earth, it is necessary to feed in oneself the lights of awakening, the lights of the sublime virtues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The true instructor takes into consideration that instruction is not indoctrination, but a stimulus for each being to find knowledge within. The principle of instruction is not, therefore, to offer ready solutions to the seekers, but to lead them to discover them. It knows that challenges strengthen the students and make possible the revelation of reality.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As a principle of instruction, the desire for knowledge must be replaced by the aspiration to be. Aware of this law, the apprentices will see that the spark that ignites the fire is not born of the external knowledge: it is a gift of the inner essence of their being. Because of this, instruction does not come only to bring intellectual information, but to reveal something greater, much beyond human existence.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The instruction forms the being. It brings the fire, but the torch must be raised by the apprentices. The instruction shows them the path, but they must cross the borders. The instruction integrates them to the cosmos, but for this the bases of union with the inner being must have been built. The instruction brings them the keys to wisdom, but it is up to them to open the doors. The instruction dignifies them, but not before they have reached the greatness of humility.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nothing must be an obstacle to the instruction. The moment has come for many students to cross the Portal. May them persist. May them overcome the tests. May them make of universal love their track.
