\"Grupo<\/a><\/p>\n

The group of young people from the region of S\u00e3o Carlos brought music, art and many games to dozens of children of the neighborhood Antenor Garcia, in S\u00e3o Carlos. The youths of the city, as well as of Pirassununga, were gathered at the Nucleus of Rosa de Nazar\u00e9, an organization that does communal work with the families of the neighborhood, one of the most populated and vulnerable of the city.<\/p>\n

The meeting was on March 15. The young people opened the activities with a real gift for the children, youths and adults that gathered at the site: a presentation of the choir, which filled the environment with joy. Afterwards, the young people divided into groups to lead the programmed activities for Sunday morning. The younger children went to the library and received \u00a0materials for coloring.<\/p>\n

The older children had fun with a handicraft workshop. The first segment of the workshop was organized so that they could make puppets out of socks.<\/p>\n

This novelty made the children happy. \u201cThe activity was very well received and the simplicity with which the children interacted was very dynamic. In the next workshop we will finish the puppets,\u201d says J\u00e9ssica Andrade, who participated in the activities.<\/p>\n

The service offered by the group of young people and by the\u00a0Light-Nucleus of Figueira in S\u00e3o Carlos<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0helps to reduce the social and cultural vulnerability of those who live in Antenor Garcia. According to studies done by masters at the Federal University of S\u00e3o Carlos, it is in this community that the lowest levels of education and income in the municipality are registered. The neighborhood is in a region known as Grande Cidade Aracy, which includes 3 other communities: the neighborhoods of Cidade Aracy 1 & 2 and the neighborhood of Presidente Collor.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
