\"Juventude<\/a><\/p>\n

In December of 2019, a group of the\u00a0Missionary Youth for Peace<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with approximately 20 people went to the\u00a0Sin Estribo<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(No Stirrup) Foundation, in Rio Ceballos, Cordoba, in Argentina.<\/p>\n

This foundation is dedicated to rescuing horses and other animals \u00a0suffering abuse and giving them the necessary care and shelter.<\/p>\n

\"Juventude<\/a><\/p>\n

Activities such as cleaning stables, building a new entry gate, repairing barbed-wire fences, cleaning and organizing food storage, among other things, were carried out with the support of the volunteers of the\u00a0Fraternidade \u2013 International Humanitarian Federation (FIHF)<\/strong><\/a>, which allowed the tasks mentioned above to be accomplished more effectively.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe perceive the importance of participation of young people in this project of supporting Sin Estribo. It is a foundation with the objective of supporting the animal kingdom, especially horses in abuse situations,\u201d\u00a0<\/i>comments Marcos Renaudo, coordinator of\u00a0Youth for Peace.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

\"Juventude<\/a><\/p>\n

This movement has been looking for places in which the young people of the city of Cordoba can have the opportunity of service by assisting those who need it the most. The choice to help the foundation comes from the feeling that the young people are highly sensitive and open to connecting with the environment, with nature, and with animals.<\/p>\n

Marcos says that they have already had other opportunities to visit the animal shelter, and have been supporting the cause for almost a year. He also adds that all those involved share the same joy and willingness in being able to contribute to such a noble cause.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe group continued to be very active and we feel that the objectives set by the foundation were achieved,\u201d he concludes.<\/i><\/p>\n

To encourage other young people to participate in the missionary activities, the group from Cordoba has been using their free time to speak with others in the city\u2019s public places, as well as on the social networks.<\/p>\n

\"Juventude<\/a><\/p>\n

At the end of the meeting, there was a moment of prayer and gratitude on the part of the full-time volunteers of the\u00a0organization<\/u><\/strong><\/b>\u00a0and an invitation was extended to the missionaries to return again.<\/p>\n
