Forest fires of great proportions led Fraternidade to send its missionaries to this contingent mission, which had as main objectives the humanitarian response to the population affected by emergency and the help to animals impacted by fire. The actions concentrated on the cities of San Javier, Constitucion and Santa Olga. The material loss and damage to the Plant Kingdom were immense and the mission was able to extend its helping hand to all kingdoms. However, the animals were the beings most violently affected by the fire and therefore, the ones which received greatest dedication and care on the part of the group.
- Support to the installation of infrastructure of a refuge for the fauna and place of treatment for rescued animals.
- Organization of stocks of donation of foods for the homeless.
- Cleaning and support in the reconstruction of residences impacted by the fire.
- Visits and actions of support to affected families.
