Members of the Network-of-Light of Buenos Aires, Argentina, visited the refectory Los Gurises, located in the city of San Francisco Solano, province of Buenos Aires, to take toys that had been received for donation, for the day of the Magi. Also the donations of food and clothes that the group gathers monthly were donated. The activity took place on Saturday, January 16.

“With a lot of joy we gathered to organize and wrap the toys, putting our entire love in these little gifts destined to the “Gurises” (a regionalism of the Southern Cone of South America that means “kids”), which represents a symbol of fraternity and union with all the children of the world. A humble offering of Peace to those who find themselves far away and in difficult situations”, stated a message from the group.

It also highlighted the collaborating attitude of the little ones, who “helped carry all the boxes of donations” and “despite the anxiety to receive the gifts” remained “in an atmosphere of complete harmony and peace” in the moment of the distribution of the toys.

The group, a part of the Network-of-Light of Buenos Aires, has among its tasks regularly visiting this refectory to collaborate in the different needs.
